• Food & Supplement Returns: Unopened pet food, treats, and supplements may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging and in sellable condition.
• Defective or Damaged Products: If a non-food item is defective, please notify us within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit. Proof of purchase is required.
• Gift Cards: Gift cards are available for purchase but are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
